I am looking for a supplier of an elastic cable cord wristcuffs with a Velcro straps attached to the looped end of the cuffs. This is used by parents when strolling with their kids so that their kids are attached to them. It is similar to a leash of a pet dog that one uses when taking their dogs for a walk.
